Someone from the community now gives a drash (sermon).
Drash comes from the the Hebrew “lidrosh,” literally means to seek, as in seeking wisdom or meaning, connected to that week's Torah portion. You can view a few example drashot here. If you'd like to learn more on building skills to prepare a drash, click here.
