After the Haftarah, we read a variety of special prayers to bless the Royal Family, those who may need healing, our community and Israel. The leader should inform the community to please stand, as we continue the service on the top of page 32.

The prayers can be read in English or Hebrew. When we read the prayer for the sick, the service sheet will list any specific names that we're praying for in our community - the leader should these names read out, and should allow for moments of silence before reading the prayer.

Though we pray to not need to in days to come, after the prayer for Israel, the leader should alert the community to Elkana, our adopted hostage, and give time for the community to spend quiet prayer as we hope for peace in Israel and the word. When we come back together, invite people to read the prayer for Israel in Hebrew together.

Below you'll find an audio file as well as the pages from our Siddur.
