Louise is the Events and Communications Manager at Westminster Synagogue, working closely with Jon, Erika, and members of the community to create meaningful and exciting events and gatherings. Having been part of the synagogue for almost seven years, she continues to cherish the opportunity to work with such a warm and wonderful community.

Louise focuses on ensuring that programming is well-rounded and inclusive, where everyone feels seen and welcomed. She is dedicated to helping you and your family experience smooth and meaningful lifecycle events, as well as continuously improving communications within the community. Collaborating with Erika, she ensures that all events are complemented by amazing food, adding an extra touch to every gathering.

She loves spending time with members—both during the planning process and at the events themselves—and finds joy in seeing ideas come to life, creating spaces for members to connect and enjoy. One of her favorite aspects of her role is witnessing the community come together, supporting one another during challenging times and celebrating life’s happy moments.

Fun facts about Louise:
Louise loves Musical Theatre in all forms; watching a show, performing in an AmDram production or simply singing a long to an album, while working. Having grown up in Sweden she also has snow and winter sports in here genes and you can often find her on Rollerskis (the London friendly version of Cross-Country Skiing) in Hyde Park.
