We finish the Torah Service with Yimloch Adonai and Psalm 29.
Yimloch Adonai is read by the service leader in Hebrew. When the singers begin to sing Psalm 29 (Havu L'Adonai), the warden carrying the Torah should lead the procession around the North Sanctuary, with service leaders and wardens joining. Towards the end of Psalm 29, the warden should return the Torah to the ark, with the service leader standing at the base of the steps to the Ark as they recite Shechol Adonai. After this, the singers will then sing Haskivenu as the wardens close the Ark.
The congregation may now be seated.
