After a busy week, it can often be hard for people to spend time before service to ‘prepare for Shabbat’. As such, we’re excited to offer a new monthly Yin Yoga class before our Shabbat Service. A more meditative approach to yoga, yin aims at cultivating awareness of inner silence, and bringing to light a universal, interconnecting quality. Your mind will be ready to join us for our Shabbat evening service and maybe find new ways to connect with the learning in the service.
The class is from 5:15-6:15pm and is be led by Shelly Kielar, who has led our yoga sessions at Westminster Chai.
There’s no charge for the class, but spaces are limited so book in now.
